Jayla's pre-op appointment for her tonsil/adenoid removal on Tuesday was yesterday afternoon, so we stayed in town and had a picnic dinner. She will go in for an 11:15 am surgery on June 24 and come home later that afternoon for lots of ice cream, popcicles and girly movies.
The ducks came right over and practically begged for food.

your house is burning down one day and you're at the park the next...isn't life funny?
and what a GREAT group shot that was!
Are your boys wearing MATCHING shirts?? :) We love that park, always our favorite. I pray that Jaylas surgery is quick and routine. I think Joey had his at the same place, very good DRs.
Those cute shirts were a gift from nana. And, I did think of you, Carrie when I got them dressed : )
The girls also have the cutest little matching skirt/shirt outfits, but I wasn't 'together' enough to get them ALL coordinated.
If you have time, call me and maybe you can give me the tonsilectomy lowdown from a fellow mom's perspective!
adorable pics!!!
This is one of our favorite parks as well. We were there on Tuesday. So much fun at your home today! Sure love you and your kids. Thanks again for everything.
I like the matching shirts, too. You know me! Love the last picture...another great one of all 5.
And where is your beautiful face?? =) Your kids are beautiful ...
What a beautiful family on a gorgeous summer day! I will keep your daughter in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery! Having my daughter's adenoids and tonsils removed was the best thing that has ever happened to her. She was constantly getting strep and just never got over it. She had a very easy recovery..we loaded her down with cool drinks and cold ice-cream. I think that's the key... lots of liquids. Keep us updated on how she does.
