I know Sandy! Me too. Lots and lots of pumpkin. We've had pumpkin muffins and pumkin bread and pumpkin pie and baked pumpkin and pumpkin pancakes....
I didn't use a recipe. :)
They had eggs, oats, flour, pumpkin, baking powder, baking soda, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and buttermilk. Mix and skillet fry in butter. Hello pumpkin goodness!
