Here is the first store we (Mr. Deutsch is home today) found. They had some amazing security, let me tell you. The owner was a Red Power Ranger. It was totally a safe place to buy. I did get the distinct feeling he was trying to take advantage of his poor, unsuspecting patrons as he continually increased the price though, fishing for more cash. Can you believe that cute-blond power ranger boy tried to take his parents for a ride? tsk tsk tsk.
Stopped by this one next. It was great. Got some (2nd hand, of course) Christmas shopping done for our peeps. I can't wait until they find their own toys wrapped up for them under the tree.....Not really.
Made this granola last night from a recipe my very nice, old friend from waaaaay back when passed along. It was delicious! Even the oatmeal-hating-power-ranger enjoyed it. Yum yum granola. Thanks Stephanie!
Going out tonight to go to Fargos for a free pizza, then driving around to look at sparkly Christmas lights. I know, leaving the house on a Monday....now that's just plain wild and crazy.

That looks like my kind of shopping! I went "shopping" at Sarah G's yesterday. Her daughter Miriam was running a similar operation. :)
