Onyx literally had ants in his pants today. It was one of those not so funny to your kid but hysterical to you but you want to be compassionate and sensitive so you try to hold your composure and not roll around on the floor laughing moments. His scheme was to domesticate a few bugs this spring. You know, make little ant pets and such. I do hope the events of the day nip that idea in the bud. He quickly discovered ants are not our friends....at least not when they are in your pants....and it's no joke, they will make you do a boogy dance.
Between that and Jayla's emotional crying spell over the swatter hitting the flies in the house (compliments of her new friend, Barry the Bee, thank you Dreamworks)....it could be a long spring and summer around here full of creepy, crawly drama.
