I just shared some news with Bob: When Clover outgrows the crib we're going to have to put a twin bed in our room next to our bed.....and he's going to have to sleep in it. He wasn't surprised at all.
I'm kidding.
How could I do that to a man who has been slaving away in all of his 'spare' time expanding the kid's play area to include new tire swings (compliments of nana) a jungle gym climbing dome and a trampoline? It's about to become a Deutsch wonderland around here. I'll post pictures of the finished product soon....
The boys spent the night at grandma's Wednesday night. Yesterday morning when I had all kinds of plans to get some serious work done around here while I only had the 2 girls home, Jayla had something else in mind....so we had a tea party instead. She set it up herself, complete with diaper changing pads as place mats. Which was really handy by the way, because if the baby has poo during the party, she can just be plopped right on the table for a quick change-a-roo.And, as any respectable girly-girl knows, one does not attend a tea party without wearing blush. Lots and lots of blush. If any particular party goer is too young to apply her own blush, you must apply it for her, in a nice round circular motion. Let no girl have fair cheeks.
