The kids I used to babysit for in college had plastic sheeting applied to their windows every winter. They lived in the middle of Baltimore in a very nice neighborhood, but the house was old. It worked great! :)

we always have one box of sugaryish cereal in our house but it's not thiers....it's mine...it cuts my 3p sweet tooth ;-)
