Swimming

We couldn't seem to catch a break with the "fun and easy outing" concept this weekend. The 2 year old was Not Interested in his lifejacket swimsuit combo thing, so in turn, he was Not Interested in Not Screaming. He wouldn't even wear floaties on his arms. It's not polite to take your screaming child to a 'public' pool and we have too many kids to watch to allow him to not wear some sort of floating device. Good thing the pool is at grandma's condo complex, and she was home so S&C could hang out with her at her house while the rest of us mature Deutschs, (who can handle wearing appropriate swimwear for our ages and abilties) could swim. Take me for instance, the older I get and the more babies I have, the larger my swimsuit gets. And, I am just fine with that : )


Going to visit Big grandma today. Jayla's choice for supper tonight, spaghetti and meatballs. Then, her surgery tomorrow.
